You should be seeing some results already, even if it’s just water weight. Keep in mind that since you only started 2 weeks ago, your body is fighting to keep on the weight. Once it sees that you’re going to keep at it, the weight will drop off pretty quickly.
The important thing is to not get discouraged and quit. You’ll lose a little weight at first and it’s really easy to say, “Man, all that work and all I lost was 1 or 2 pounds!” However, stick with it because the real results are right around the bend.
hi I am a certified fitness trainer. usually if you are ona set workout and a set diet plan depending on your goal, body fat %, carb, protein and fat intake , it usually can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks. If you have a workout buddy then you will be pushed harder to get to where you want ot be.
You should not expect instant results so i would say maybe in about a month but note that you will also have to maintain your weight after losing it. Visit http://totallywhole.blogspot.com for more tips on healthy weight loss and dieting. cheers.
May take a few weeks to see visible results, but you should definitely see some difference on the scale after about a week.
What results are you expecting?
If you only count calories – you will lose some weight, but you won’t lose much body fat.
A month or two.
