do i have to start again on assassins creed 2?

i heard on the the internet that you have to get sequence 12 and 13 off xbox live. Im on sequence eleven and it would be really annoying if i had to start again please someone tell me

I think the DLC coming out soon will fill those DNA sequence and I’m pretty sure you don’t have to start again since alot of people would have finished by then.
