I would say they all are if you don’t care for swearing and killing people.
no it is not sutibel for an eleven year old, but when i was 11 i played it. im still not 17 but i still play it
depends on the maturity of the child and on the parents morality.these games are rated 18 and this should be taken into account as here in uk no minor can buy them.so no!

None can really say what is or is not sutiable for your child its really your call and what you feel comfortable with. Maybe look into a parent game rating site and see what other parents think about certain games and what is sutiable. Now days the younger genration is exposed to a lot more violence and gore no it dosnt mean there going to go around stabbing people but they do need to be taught its not real. Maybe play with the child and montier there game play.
No. There’s a lot of violance at bad language. 11 years old is a bit too young
none of the gta games were meant to be played by any 11 year old child,it doesn’t matter how mature you think they are.just because kids see more and more violence doesn’t make it right for them to be playing m rated games.the rating is there for a reason and parents need to start doing there job as parents and use these ratings.hope this helps.

Well i suggest you not to get GTA as some missions are too hard for children
but there are ways like downloading save games which are not complicated at all.
