danceing in the basement for about 30 minutes strait 5 days a week. more or less??? Chosen Answer: She should be going outside to play for several hours..riding a bike, etc But if she must be inside, dancing an hour 2-3 days a week seems reasonable. by: Dawn H on: 16th September 07
