Chosen Answer: Nice question! An interesting test for divisibility by 11 is to alternately add and subtract the digits. The divisibility of the result by 11 determines the divisibility of the original number by 11. Effectively, you can separate the digits into two lists of length 4 and then 3, eg. [1, 3, 4, 2] [...]
