danceing in the basement for about 30 minutes strait 5 days a week. more or less??? Chosen Answer: She should be going outside to play for several hours..riding a bike, etc But if she must be inside, dancing an hour 2-3 days a week seems reasonable. by: Dawn H on: 16th September 07

My brother goes to swim class. He is 11. He has to do 500y butterfly, 1000y freestyle, 750y breaststroke, 300y backstroke, and 250y sidestroke.
